Colony Works stands as a testament to our creativity and resourcefulness in transforming spaces. When tasked with converting an existing IT office with cubicles into a vibrant open-plan co-working space, our approach was both innovative and budget-conscious.

The original office layout provided a unique challenge and opportunity. We retained the lower-level cabins, repurposing them as private spaces for managers and team leaders. On the upper floor, we envisioned a dynamic open-plan area with large modular workstations, fostering collaboration and creativity among the co-workers.

The design aesthetic of Colony Works is where innovation truly shines. We chose pinewood for its rustic charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This natural element contrasted beautifully with the dark wooden flooring, adding depth and character to the space. 

Our branding strategy for Colony Works was an extension of this unique blend of materials and colours. The logo and visual identity reflected the spirit of collaboration and community, with clean lines and modern typography. The colour palette drew inspiration from the natural elements within the space, harmonizing with the organic feel of the interior design.

One of our earliest projects, Colony Works holds a special place in our hearts. It showcases our ability to transform spaces but reflects our passion for creating environments that inspire and empower. Colony Works is more than a co-working space; it’s a hub of creativity, collaboration, and innovation—a place we proudly call home.
